History of the House

Believe it or not - but this is how the property looked in 2004.

The property dates back to the 15th Century, being one of the most prestigious homes in the area. The property also houses La Scuola, the old school house (still a ruin), and a chapel.

The reconstruction was a 3 year process and finished in winter 2007/08, and only local Umbrian craftsmen were involved.
