The Gallery Watch The VideoSet high in the Umbrian hills, this gorgeous Italian farmhouse is surrounded by rolling countryside and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind in idyllic surroundings. The perfect place to gather with your family or friends in this stunning family home, which is only a short drive to the closest village but is set in another world… completely on its own just with the surrounding nature.
Fully renovated in 2010, every effort has been made to maintain the building’s original charm, while also ensuring it is equipped with almost anything you will need for a wonderful holiday. Terracotta floors, exposed beams and open fireplaces give an authentic Italian feel, while there is a “master” chef’s kitchen (as well as 2 additional smaller kitchens), polished concrete flooring with underfloor heating, luxury bathrooms throughout and don’t forget the outdoor pizza oven and the house bar!
There is also a private 20m infinity pool which boasts breathtaking views across the Italian countryside, a bocce court and a private tennis court.

Caidominici is set in a completely tranquil valley where your closest neighbours are the native deer. The local village of Pietralunga is 10 minutes away...here you will find shops for all you day-to-day needs and a few rustic, but delicious, restaurants.

This villa is absolutely spectacular, everything was as promised and actually more than that. Beautiful infinity pool, spectacular view that we have often thought back to. We were there in May so the private cinema was perfect for the 2 rainy days..there is a really great collection of DVDs! We have often used the pizza oven on the covered terrace, a nice place to eat together. This house just has it all!

First of all, thank you to James for sharing his beautiful home with us! We are very kindly welcomed on arrival, there was also a nice welcome pack in the kitchen. This large holiday home is really beautiful, everything has been thought of ... we could not wish for more. I personally enjoyed the interior, so tastefully done. What a project to transform such a large building into a luxury villa. The materials and colours used throughout the house are amazing. In addition to the house, our company and the beautiful Umbrian countryside, our favourite part of our week was enjoying the cook's art.

We have used the entire house with four families and we had such a great holiday in Italy! Caidominici is really equipped with all conveniences and the pool is super, especially with the beautiful view. Very spacious with enough privacy for everyone, all rooms are very high quality finished. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and the cook has cooked for us a number of times. The last evening we organized a pizza party. Very friendly people in the cute village of Pietralunga, where you can also eat well and there is a nice square where the children played with the Italian children from the village. We will definitely come back here! Grazie.
